Roshan Group, a subsidiary of Public Investment Fund, has signed four land sale agreements in the “The Bride” community located in North Jeddah, for a total value of SAR 448 million (USD 119 million) to develop residential projects and mixed-use buildings.

These agreements were signed during Cityscape Global Expo 2015 with four real estate developers. <The agreements were signed during Cityscape Global 2025 with four real estate developers. The first agreement included a value of SAR 222.6 million to develop an area of more than 40,500 square meters, while the second agreement amounted to SAR 110.4 million for an area of more than 27,400 square meters. As for the last two agreements, their total value amounted to 115.9 million riyals for a total area of 19,351 square meters.

These agreements aim to support the housing sector by providing opportunities for local developers under the ROSHN Group Local Content Program, which contributes to the growth of the local real estate sector and supports the Kingdom's Vision 2030.

The Bride Community is ROSHN Group's first integrated development near the Red Sea coast. The project spans 4 million square meters and is expected to include 18,000 residential units upon completion, as well as Marafi, a mixed-use destination that includes an 11-kilometer-long water canal.

The agreements aim to support the housing sector through opportunities for local developers as part of ROSHN Group's Local Content Program, which contributes to the growth of the local real estate sector and supports the Kingdom's Vision 2030.
