Majid bin Abdullah Al-Haqeel, Minister of Municipalities and Housing, conducted an important visit to the Swiss Confederation, where he met with Gilbert F. Houngbo, Director General of the International Labor Organization, at the organization's headquarters in Geneva, to discuss ways of cooperation and review the Kingdom's experience in improving the work environment.

The Minister also reviewed the Kingdom's efforts to improve the standard of housing to be in line with the highest quality standards, which is reflected in raising the quality of life for residents inside Saudi Arabia.

Haqeel stressed that the Kingdom is conducting comprehensive reforms on the labor market to ensure the rights of workers stipulated by international laws and standards.
