And perhaps the human "Mu'amiyya"—that is, the traditional managers—will lag behind in this regard! In fact, they may even see no need to adopt such strategies, given their clinging to their positions and their limited vision. For a leader, direct communication means guidance; a plan means the team; and execution means everyone working together to achieve better results. In fact, the leader stands with the team through all its emotional ups and downs, as work teams are affected by external interventions or other social upheavals. Sometimes, a team member may be going through a difficult time, which undoubtedly has a negative impact on the team’s progress. This is where the leader steps in to address all challenges and turnthese challenges so they can be overcome through discussion and solutions, using influence and motivation with the participation of others.
And you, O human leader, O esteemed employee, think with me before you take the first step toward change—before you decide to become an influential and motivating leader in your community!
