Enforcement Center supervised (78)real estate auctions during the period from 15 to 31 December 2025 to sell (1022) various real estate assets including residential, commercial and agricultural properties, distributed across different regions of the Kingdom. The Riyadh region came first with (21) auctions offering (311) properties, followed by the Makkah region with (18) auctions involving (296) properties, then the Eastern Province with (11) auctions involving (119) properties.
