Enforcement and Liquidation Center (Enforcement) will start 2026 by supervising (75) real estate auctions to be held from January 1 to 15 to sell (949) diverse real estate assets including residential, commercial and agricultural properties in different regions of the Kingdom.

The Riyadh region tops the list of auctions with (23) auctions offering (224) properties, followed by the Makkah region with (12) auctions involving (220) properties, then Medina with (5) auctions involving (62) properties.

In the Eastern region (7) auctions involving (62) properties. In the Eastern Province (7) auctions to sell (56) properties, in Qassim (8) auctions to sell (192) properties, in Tabuk (3) auctions to sell (14) properties, in addition to a number of electronic real estate auctions held in Hail, Al Jawf, Northern Borders, Asir, Najran, Al Baha, and Jazan region.

He stressed that the real estate e-auctions will be held in Hail, Al Jawf, Northern Borders, Asir, Najran, Al Baha, and Jazan region.
