The National Center for Water Efficiency and Rationalization (Mā'ai) launched the “Hidden Consumer” campaign, which aims to reduce water waste and protect buildings and property, as part of its ongoing efforts to promote water efficiency and raise awareness of water conservation methods.

The campaign seeks to consolidate the culture of regular inspection of domestic water systems, and encourage individuals to take the initiative to fix any leaks as soon as they are detected. The campaign seeks to establish a culture of periodic inspection of domestic water systems, and encourage individuals to take the initiative to repair any leaks as soon as they are discovered, as a simple check today may protect you from significant waste tomorrow. The Center's specialists warn that leaks are often behind high water bills, and over time may lead to costly damage inside buildings.

To enable beneficiaries to easily address these issues, Ma'ay Center invites beneficiaries to use the (Kashf) application, which provides a leak inspection service through authorized service providers, providing a comprehensive technical report with the results of the inspection and monitoring the quality of the service to ensure an accurate and fast experience for beneficiaries.

This campaign comes as part of a series of campaigns that are part of the Ma'ay Center's efforts to reduce the number of water leaks.
