80 international and local speakers to enrich the 2016 Travel and Tourism Investment Forum at the end of March

The ninth edition of the Saudi Travel and Tourism Investment Forum, organized by the Saudi Commission for Tourism and National Heritage, will kick off on Sunday, March 27. The organizing committee estimated that the scientific program will witness the participation of more than 80 international and local speakers to discuss ways to develop local tourism and identify successful experiences in addition to analyzing the reality of tourism, and provide an opportunity for industry parties, including businessmen, government officials, local and international experts and media professionals to meet in dialogue sessions, lectures and workshops to discuss topics related to the tourism industry.

The forum, launched under the patronage of HRH Prince Faisal bin Bandar bin Abdulaziz, Governor of Riyadh Region and Chairman of the Tourism Development Council, and HRH Prince Sultan bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Chairman of the Saudi Commission for Tourism and National Heritage, will discuss the economic impact of national heritage, transportation and road stations and their role in serving the tourism sector, successful global experiences in developing and managing contemporary cities, in addition to investment and financing.

The organizing committee has dedicated the forum to businessmen, government officials, local and international experts and media to discuss topics related to the tourism industry. The organizing committee has dedicated the evening period to tourism investment issues, the most prominent of which are tourism events and festivals, exhibitions, conferences and training, social media accounts, electronic tourism marketing, tourism finance, hotel services and furnished units, media and tourism photography and other topics of interest to the tourism sector, and the forum concludes its work on the first of April next at the Riyadh International Exhibition and Convention Center.
