The Municipality of the Holy Capital announced the start of receiving property documents in a number of Makkah neighborhoods, as part of organizational procedures aimed at collecting data and verifying the regularity of buildings.

The Municipality explained that the monitors of the General Department of Encroachments will start placing review notice stickers on the buildings covered by the procedure, calling on property owners to quickly review the competent authorities within a period not exceeding 15 days from the date of placing the notice on the building.

The Municipality stressed that the deadline for receiving reviews will be on 15/9/1447 AH, with the need to bring the title deed, building license and national ID for reconciliation, in addition to the review notice number fixed on the building, during the specified period.

The Municipality of the Holy Capital added that this step comes within the framework of its efforts to raise the level of reliability of data in its records and verify the safety and regularity of buildings in the targeted neighborhoods, stressing that if there is a legal title deed for the property, it will be dealt with according to the approved regulations and instructions.
