Al-Haqil: Regulating the documentation of real estate transactions for land subject to fees protects the state’s rights and stimulates an increase in the real estate supply

The authority requires payment of fees for vacant land and vacant properties before the transfer of ownership, in order to strengthen governance and increase the housing supply.
