The Saudi Real Estate Institute organized a training course on real estate marketing in Makkah on the eighth of December, and the course lasted for 4 days in which 20 hours of study and training were approved, and the course included the arts of real estate marketing and acquiring the skills necessary for marketing professionalism such as studying consumer behavior, pricing and promoting real estate products and personal selling, in addition to electronic marketing, real estate laws and professional ethics. Mr. Abdulaziz Al-Eisa, Editor-in-Chief of Amlak Real Estate Newspaper, who was approved by the Real Estate Institute as a lecturer and trainer, addressed the basics and methods of real estate marketing, which is considered a basic pillar in successful companies and depends on it to explain the advantages of the property and promote it in the widest range where customers are likely to exist, Stressing the need to study and evaluate the market and create a database on supply and demand, Al-Issa pointed to the importance of the real estate marketer's knowledge of consumer behavior trends and identifying his desires so that they can be provided, explaining the types of real estate products, how to price them and the advantages that depend on the preferences of one property over another, indicating the proper means and methods of promoting the property and choosing the appropriate place and time for each property, and Mr. Al-Issa addressed personal selling skills, electronic marketing, real estate laws and the ethics of the real estate marketer.
