His Royal Highness Prince Faisal bin Nawaf bin Abdulaziz, Emir of Al-Jouf Region, handed over the documents of ownership of housing units to a number of deserving families in the region, as part of the generous donation of one billion riyals from His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince and Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.<On behalf of the people of the region, His Highness extended thanks and appreciation to His Royal Highness the Crown Prince for this generous donation, stressing that this initiative reflects the care of the wise leadership, which is keen to provide suitable housing.

His Highness noted that these quality initiatives contribute to empowering deserving families and providing a decent housing environment, supporting the quality of life, raising the standard of living, and enhancing the development process in the region.<The implementation of these projects comes within a period not exceeding (12) months, and implemented by national companies, where the Development Housing Foundation “Sakan” worked to provide housing units in Al-Jouf region according to high technical standards, which contributes to providing a suitable housing environment for deserving families.For his part, His Excellency the Minister of Municipalities and Housing and Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Sakan, Mr. Majid bin Abdullah Al-Hogail, extended his thanks and appreciation to His Highness the Emir of Al-Jouf for his support and follow-up, stressing that this contributed to the completion of the project in the region efficiently and in record time.

Sakan, through the “Good Housing” initiative, continues to deliver housing units successively in various regions of the Kingdom, within the donation of His Highness the Crown Prince - may God protect him - to contribute to achieving the quality of life targets and providing sustainable housing solutions that meet the needs of eligible families.
