Emir of Madinah reviews the role of community partnerships in supporting developmental housing in the region

His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Sultan bin Abdulaziz, Governor of Madinah, Chairman of the Executive Committee for Developmental Housing in the region, stressed that developmental housing is a major axis in the social development system, as it contributes to empowering the neediest families and enhancing their stability, in light of the attention paid by the wise leadership to this sector and harnessing capabilities to ensure that the support reaches its beneficiaries.

This came during his chairmanship of the meeting of the Executive Committee for Developmental Housing in the region, where he was briefed on the progress of work and initiatives, and indicators of progress in the implementation of projects allocated to beneficiaries, in addition to discussing future plans aimed at increasing the housing supply and expanding the scope of utilization.<The meeting reviewed the integration efforts between government agencies and the non-profit sector, and the role of community partnerships in supporting developmental housing programs, in line with the objectives of the Kingdom's Vision 2030.
His Highness pointed out that the achievements achieved reflect the integration of roles between the concerned parties, stressing the importance of continuing to work on developing programs and adopting innovative and sustainable solutions that contribute to improving the efficiency of housing products.

His Highness also stressed the importance of accelerating the pace of implementation, raising the efficiency of procedures, and improving the quality of services provided to beneficiaries, in order to achieve the objectives of developmental housing according to quality and sustainability standards.

His Highness said that what has been achieved reflects the integration of the roles of the concerned authorities.
