The General Real Estate Authority concluded the third edition of «Real Estate Brokerage Forum», which was held in Riyadh to mark the third anniversary of the Real Estate Brokerage Law coming into effect, in the presence of the Authority’s CEO, Engineer Abdullah bin Saud Al-Hammad, with the participation of a number of experts, specialists, real estate brokers, brokerage firms, and those interested in the real estate sector.
The forum reviewed real estate brokerage activity indicators from the law’s entry into force through the end of June 2026; the total number of real estate brokerage licenses issued to individuals and firms exceeded 117,000, with the number of brokerage contracts reaching 1.1 million and the number of real estate listings exceeding 1.2 million, confirming the expanding scope of licensed practice and the growing presence of organized documentation and advertising in the real estate market.
