Al Shorouk project in Riyadh awards Argan Projects with the Best Real Estate Developer Award

Argan Projects Company was crowned with the Best Real Estate Developer Award for its Al Shorouk project northeast of Riyadh in the Rimal neighborhood, which includes 334 residential villas, and the award was received by CEO and Managing Director, Engineer Iyad Al Bunyan, from the Minister of Housing Majid Al Haqeel, during his opening of the Riyadh Real Estate Exhibition Restatex 2016, and the company was honored by the visit of the Housing Minister to its booth that witnessed a great turnout from visitors and interested people throughout the days.

It is noteworthy that the company has completed 70% of infrastructure works for the Cordoba Homes (2) project, which is located on an area of 133000 square meters and consists of 162 villas and 389 residential apartments with an investment of 455 million riyals, and 35% of the project has been achieved.
