The “Restatex Riyadh Real Estate 2027,“ in its 36th edition, from March 21 to 24, 2027, at the Riyadh International Convention and Exhibition Center, continuing to cement its position as a real estate platform that brings together decision-makers, developers, investors, and financing entities in one location to showcase the latest real estate and investment projects offered by the Saudi real estate sector.
The organization of the upcoming edition reflects the exhibition’s success in keeping pace with the evolution of the Saudi real estate market, driven by development projects, regulatory and legislative laws, and growing demand for housing solutions and investment opportunities, making it one of the Kingdom’s leading real estate exhibitions today and an annual gathering for various stakeholders in the sector, providing a platform to showcase projects, sign agreements, launch initiatives, and explore the future of development, financing, and digital transformation.
The previous edition, held from February 11 to 14, 2026, recorded impressive figures, with the value of projects and investment opportunities on display exceeding 24 billion riyals, featuring more than 85 exhibitors—including real estate development companies, financing and investment entities. Additionally, the number of participating developers grew by more than 15% compared to the previous edition, reflecting the broadening base of participation and companies" confidence in the platform.
It is worth noting that the exhibition attracted more than 90,000 visitors over four days, during which exhibitors showcased more than 20,000 residential units across a variety of projects, including residential products, and multiple development plans, reflecting the diversity of offerings in the real estate market, while the exhibition resulted in the signing of approximately 100 cooperation agreements and memoranda of understanding between developers, financing and investment entities, in the fields of development, financing, and services related to the real estate sector.
Last year’s edition also saw the launch of the first edition of the PropNext Forum, a specialized discussion platform for the real estate sector that addresses topics related to real estate legislation, modern financing tools, investment attractiveness, and digital transformations, with the participation of specialists, experts, decision-makers, and industry leaders. This contributes to understanding recent shifts in real estate development and forecasting the future of the real estate market in the Kingdom and the Middle East.
It is worth noting that Restatex Riyadh Exhibition is one of the annual events specializing in the real estate sector, and its 36th edition next year is expected to serve as a new platform for showcasing the latest projects, and discuss the sector’s most significant developments, with the participation of developers, investors, regulatory bodies, and financial institutions.
