The 36th edition of Restatex Riyadh Real Estate Exhibition 2027 will be held from March 21 to 24, 2027, at the Riyadh International Convention and Exhibition Center, continuing to establish its position as a real estate platform that brings together decision-makers, developers, investors and financing entities in one location to showcase the latest real estate and investment projects offered by the Saudi real estate sector.
The organization of the next edition reflects the success of the exhibition in keeping pace with the development of the Saudi real estate market, driven by development projects, regulatory and legislative laws, and the growing demand for housing solutions and investment opportunities, making it today one of the most prominent real estate exhibitions in the Kingdom, and an annual stop for various parties in the sector, providing space to showcase projects, sign agreements, launch initiatives, and anticipate the future of development, financing, and digital transformation.
The previous session, which was held from February 11 to 14, 2026, recorded remarkable figures, as the value of the projects and investment opportunities presented exceeded the 24 billion riyal mark, with the participation of more than 85 exhibiting entities from real estate development companies, financing and investment entities, in addition to a growth in the number of participating developers by more than 15% compared to the previous edition, which reflects the expansion of the participation base and the confidence of companies in the platform.
It is noted that the exhibition attracted more than 90,000 visitors over four days, where exhibitors showcased more than 20,000 residential units within various projects that included residential products and multiple development plans, reflecting the diversity of offerings in the real estate market. The exhibition resulted in the signing of about 100 cooperation agreements and memoranda of understanding between developers and financing and investment entities in the fields of development, financing and services related to the real estate sector.
Last year’s session also witnessed the launch of the first edition of the PropNext Forum, as a specialized dialogue platform in the real estate sector that discusses topics related to real estate legislation, modern financing tools, investment attractiveness, and digital transformations, with the participation of specialists, experts, decision-makers, and industry leaders, which contributes to understanding the modern transformations in real estate development and anticipating the future of the real estate market in the Kingdom and the Middle East region.
It is worth noting that Restatex Riyadh is an annual event specializing in the real estate sector, and the thirty-sixth edition next year is expected to be a new platform for showcasing the latest projects and discussing the most prominent developments in the sector, with the participation of developers, investors, regulatory and financing bodies, highlighting the importance of the exhibition in promoting the growth of the Saudi real estate market, stimulating investment, and supporting the objectives of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030.
