Minister of Housing Majid Al-Hogail revealed that the ministry's vision and mission focuses on two main axes, namely enabling demand and supporting supply, from which many related initiatives emerge that support the achievement of this goal, adding that to ensure success in achieving its goals, the ministry supported these two pillars with three things: research, studies and awareness communication, support for planning, organization and control, and sustainability of the ministry's resources through financing and investment.

Al-Haqeel stressed in his speech during the opening of the Saudi International Real Estate Conference "SAIRC" yesterday evening in Riyadh that the Ministry of Housing has prepared the regulation on white land fees and submitted it to the expert body of the Council of Economic Affairs, stressing that the system is in its final stages, noting that the new white land fees regulation has a time limit of up to six months for its adoption.

Al-Haqeel denied the new regulation of white land fees that appeared in the media recently, stressing that the legislation is considered valid after adoption, and is now in the process of final study and once it is adopted, it will be announced, and Al-Haqeel noted that pre-empting statements have no value due to lack of accuracy.

On another level, Al-Haqeel revealed the preparation of 100 thousand housing products that will be delivered within 12 months, explaining that the ministry is in the process of preparing another number that will be announced in due time, pointing out that the products of Hafar Al-Batin is considered within the projects of the Ministry of Housing and will be followed by other different regions that will include different products of apartments, lands and villas, adding that developers are currently working on building some lands of the ministry and will be allocated to citizens, pointing out that the housing program has priorities according to the qualities of beneficiaries and their needs and diversity.
