The Jebel Ali Industrial City project in Riyadh received a great turnout at the pavilion of Ali Fozan Al Fozan Company at the Riyadh Real Estate Exhibition ”Restatex 16", as the project is considered the largest fully serviced industrial city equipped as a smart city.
Ali Al-Fozan, President of Ali Fozan Al-Fozan & Sons Real Estate Company, said that the Jebel Ali project in Riyadh is a qualitative leap in the industrial sector throughout the industrial sector in the Kingdom, pointing out that the participation of the Industrial Cities and Technology Zones Authority in the company's pavilion in the exhibition, confirming the keenness of the Authority to support the project according to its vision aimed at localizing new industries that serve the national economy. Al Fozan called on Saudi youth to take advantage of the current boom in industry in the Kingdom, which is witnessing clear government support, in addition to the government's soft loans for youth that enhance opportunities for expansion in small and medium-sized enterprises. Al Fozan said that the Jebel Ali Industrial City project is working to develop supporting projects that will provide great job opportunities for Saudi youth, explaining that this industrially promising city will contribute to the development and encouragement of industry and provide an attractive structure for businessmen who will contribute with their projects to a balanced development in the promising city. It also comes to meet the growing need in a society that always seeks development and prosperity.
