<p style="text-align: justify;"In this context, Engineer Essa Galadari, CEO of Lusail Real Estate Development Company, confirmed the completion of 80% of the infrastructure of the entire city, and expected to be completed in 2018, at a cost of 40 billion riyals, pointing out that there is continuous coordination with service agencies, pointing out that the areas that have been handed over to developers and investors are all completed infrastructure such as the Marina and Jabal Thaileb areas, while some infrastructure work remains related to projects being developed by Lusail.
Kaldari explained that Lusail City is home to 200 towers, including 45 currently under construction, 27 hotels, 37 schools, a hospital and two gas stations, adding that 50 families have moved to Jebel Thaileb, and 40,000 workers are currently working on the project. Kaldari indicated that new lands will be offered in Qatifan soon, noting that 100 building licenses have been granted to investors and developers so far.
