The Board of Directors of the New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA) in Egypt approved the proposal to establish a company to develop the resources of the New Urban Communities Authority, and work to develop and exploit all investment lands at the level of the governorates, provided that an integrated study and a model for the proposed projects that the company will start when it is announced, as an investment company for real estate development and development.

This came during a meeting of the board of directors of the Authority in the presence of Dr. Ashraf Al-Arabi, Minister of Planning, Dr. Ahmed Zaki Badr, Minister of Local Development, Engineer Tarek Kabil, Minister of Trade and Industry, Dr. Galal Said, Minister of Transport, and Dalia Khorshid, Minister of Investment.
