Within the framework of the Riyadh Municipality's efforts to develop the capital, the Secretary of Riyadh, Engineer Abdullah bin Abdulrahman Al-Muqbel, signed contracts for (23) projects with a total value of (222,177,333) riyals with a number of national companies and institutions, where these projects included (18) projects inside the city of Riyadh for a total amount of (182,282,282) riyals.These projects included (18) projects within the city of Riyadh for a total amount of (182,282,282,333) riyals, which included the transportation of waste and demolitions from vacant lands and streets in the city of Riyadh, studies of surveying land and buildings, preparation and audit of cadastral reports and expropriation reports for urban planning works, improvement and development of Olaya Street from the intersection with Anas bin Malik Road to the intersection with Prince Salman bin Abdulaziz Road in Riyadh, and maintenance Maintenance and cleaning of the elements of the tunnel monitoring system and collector reservoirs for flood drainage in Riyadh city, securing cars and vehicles for Al-Naseem Municipality branch for the year 1433/1434, securing an Epson scanner with Veeder automation, holding a choral festival within the Municipality's events program 1434, replacing the entrance gates of the Riyadh Municipality with modifying and developing the entrance to the Secretary's office and the toilets Fencing the site designated for the rubble dump near Ramah Governorate, studying the development of Al-Shamisi area and preparing a comprehensive plan for the heritage areas in Riyadh, supplying and installing security and safety systems in Al-Ruja'a, Al-Ayyan and Al-Ghanamiyah warehouses and the car warehouse on Al-Nahda Street, cosmetic lighting for squares and squares in Riyadh, studying and designing flood and rain water drainage networks in different areas in Riyadh, managing and protecting emergency communication sites in central Riyadh, maintaining and cleaning public restrooms in the city, Part (A), maintaining and replacing the network of the Municipality's emergency services in the city of Riyadh, as well as maintaining and replacing the network of the Municipality's emergency services in the city of Riyadh.
The new contracts also included five projects for the municipalities of the Riyadh region for a total amount of (39,895,272) riyals, including the construction of squares and restrooms in Murat and its villages; asphalt, sidewalks and lighting for the municipalities of Diriyah / Al-Muzahimiyah / Dhurma / Al-Ayinah, Al-Jubaylah / Harimla; cleaning, maintenance and operation of the agency building for the municipalities of the region; follow-up supervision of municipal projects in the municipalities of the Riyadh region; improvement and beautification of the entrances of the municipalities / Al-Kharj / Wadi Al-Dawasir / Al-Dilam / Salil / Houta Bani Tamim.
