Engineer Mohammed Al-Madihim, General Supervisor of the White Land Program at the Ministry of Housing, revealed that non-governmental white lands within the urban area of Riyadh, where they exceeded 90 square kilometers, ranging in size from 200 square meters to raw land plots with large areas.
