Al-Zahrani added that the upcoming auction is an opportunity for those wishing to build or invest by buying land, as the plan is surrounded by existing residential neighborhoods and complete services. He stressed that many investors are keen to attend to take advantage of the distinctive prices that achieve rewarding gains for investors.
