The Saudi Commission for Accredited Valuers is conducting a study during the current period to determine the minimum valuation of real estate establishments for its accredited appraisers. This was explained by the Deputy Secretary General of the Saudi Commission for Accredited Valuers for Shared Services, Engineer Sultan Al-Jaris, where the number of appraisers in the real estate branch accredited by the Commission is 900 members, all of whom have obtained an integrated qualification program, passing many of its advanced stages.
For his part, the Acting Dean of the Faculty of Business at Jeddah University, Dr. Abdul Elah Saati, pointed out the need for Saudi universities to find a new specialization and a new path related to the management of real estate science and industry, similar to the scientific programs offered by many American and British universities, indicating that it will open a wide field for the employment of young Saudi men and women.
