<An environmental study conducted on the degree of air purity in the residential suburb of Durrat Al Riyadh revealed low levels of pollution and a low level of harmful gases by 60% compared to the levels of locally approved standards, and for similar air within the city of Riyadh, which emphasizes the excellence of the project site.
Engineer Hamza Al-Attas, General Manager of Durrat Al-Riyadh Real Estate Development Company, said that the choice of the location of the Durrat Al-Riyadh project was made according to a realistic and objective vision based on the environmental study in all respects, and solutions were found for some of the natural obstacles that may face the project, such as high temperatures, which is normal for the Riyadh region in general, as green areas have been allocated in the project amounting to 70% of the total area, and this reduces the temperature in Durrat Al-Durra by a full seven degrees compared to that of the atmosphere in Riyadh city.

Al-Attas added that the healthy atmosphere enjoyed by the suburb has a positive and healthy impact on children and adults according to the results announced by the study in a scientific manner, as the results say that shortness of breath in children, increased respiratory crises, eye inflammation and decreased athletic performance ability of individuals occur if exposed to ozone pollutants with a concentration ranging from 0.2 to 0.7 ppm for an hour, which worsens the condition of people suffering from respiratory diseases and living in highly polluted places, and this is confirmed by the study and applies to the suburb of Durrat Al Riyadh.

Durrat Al Riyadh is a model residential suburb with an estimated investment of three billion riyals, with a total area of 3.2 million square meters, located 27 kilometers north of Riyadh, west of Al Qassim Road next to Prince Sultan City for Humanitarian Services.
