Riyadh Real Estate Show to be held in April

The Riyadh Real Estate, Housing and Urban Development Exhibition (Restatex) will be held from April 27-30, 2014, with wide participation locally, regionally and internationally.
This was explained by the Riyadh Real Estate Exhibition, where the organizing company indicated that the exhibition will be held on the entire halls of the Riyadh International Convention and Exhibition Center of 15 thousand square meters with the participation of major real estate and housing development and investment companies, banks and leading financing companies that will present a wide and new options of housing projects and various real estate investments and innovative financing programs specifically designed for the purchase of housing that will be presented for the first time in the next exhibition, as well as financial partnership programs in developing real estate and housing investments with developers and investors, as reported by Al-Eqtisadiya. Al-Faraj explained that the last edition witnessed a great interaction from investors and citizens, as the number of visitors reached more than 50,000 visitors from different regions of the Kingdom and the Gulf countries.
