The Saudi Investment Bank achieves first place in the first Corporate Governance Conference

The Saudi Investment Bank achieved first place among Saudi companies participating in the first Corporate Governance Office Conference at Alfaisal University under the title “The Importance of Corporate Governance in Achieving Vision 2030“, and the bank's victory comes as an extension of the excellence pursued by the bank in its various fields, especially the corporate governance sector in which it is characterized. The bank achieved this achievement according to the first report issued by Alfaisal University on corporate governance, which includes a group of Saudi companies listed on the Saudi stock market and relies on 117 variables that fall under four axes. This report is the first of its kind in terms of studying the extent to which companies apply the principles of corporate governance issued by the Capital Market Authority.

The bank's win comes as a continuation of the bank's excellence in its various fields, especially the corporate governance sector that is characterized by its excellence. Earlier this year, the bank ranked sixth in the S&P Global Social and Environmental Governance Index, which includes 50 countries, which confirms the bank's commitment to applying governance practices and adopting social and environmental issues, in addition to professional performance in transparency and disclosure.

This report is the first of its kind to study the extent to which companies apply the principles of corporate governance issued by the Capital Market Authority.
