The Ministry of Justice has directed all entities affiliated with the ministry to approve the sorting records of real estate units issued by the Ministry of Housing.

In a circular of which Amlak newspaper received a copy, the ministry indicated that the ministry received a cable from the Ministry of Housing confirming the transfer of the entire jurisdiction of sorting real estate units from the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs to the Ministry of Housing, and requested the ministry to inform all notaries in various regions of the Kingdom of the transfer of sorting real estate units by adopting the sorting report issued by the Ministry of Housing and emptying accordingly to the concerned owner.

It is noteworthy that the Supreme Council directed earlier to transfer the supervision and sorting of real estate units and off-plan sales activity to the Ministry of Housing.
