The real estate community is waiting next Wednesday to reveal the details of the Al Faisaliah residential and administrative project in Makkah, through a press conference held by His Royal Highness Prince Khalid Al Faisal, Governor of the region.

Dr. Hisham bin Abdulrahman Al-Faleh, Secretary General of the Regional Development Authority, explained that Prince Khalid Al-Faisal will reveal the details of the residential, administrative and recreational project, its objectives, components and the services it provides to the region, indicating that the private sector will participate in its implementation.

Last week, the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz reviewed a visual presentation of the project submitted by Prince Khalid Al-Faisal, and directed the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques to change the name of the project from Sulaymaniyah to Al-Faisaliah in honor of King Faisal “God rest his soul.”
