The Prince Mohammed bin Nasser Charitable Housing Association in Jazan concluded the contracts for the first phase of the first phase of the Association's Al-Mawdah residential neighborhood project, which contains 300 residential plots ready to build housing units on them; in four phases, where the current first phase includes the construction of 16 residential villas and 6 buildings in each building 16 apartments, with a total of 112 housing units, at a total cost of 28 million riyals, where it is expected that a thousand citizens will benefit from this phase.
