The Saudi Commission for Accredited Valuers (Taqeem) revealed that 66 women have been qualified to work in the field of real estate valuation, through courses initiated by the Commission at the beginning of this year; to be a nucleus for the work of women wishing to evaluate real estate in the Kingdom, enter the field of valuation and obtain membership in the profession. The curriculum of the courses on which training is provided includes more professional than practical materials, and the curriculum is one of the American experiences in the origins of the evaluation profession, and is also consistent with other international experiences, including the British and Malaysian experiences.
The Authority is interested in real estate valuation courses in general, to regulate the market and protect it from intruders, as it provided more than 61 training courses attended by more than 2200 trainees from all regions during the current and previous year, while the Authority has subjected more than 3500 trainees to its real estate valuation courses since its inception, while more than 1004 members of the Authority and those allowed to practice the profession.
