The Sheikh Zayed Housing Program will launch two tenders for the implementation of 884 housing units in Dubai and Ras Al Khaimah during the month of October. The first tender, which will be launched during the first week of October, aims to implement the second phase of the Bateen Al Samar residential neighborhood project in the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah, while the second tender includes the implementation of housing in the Al Khawaneej neighborhood project in Dubai during the second week of the same month.

In the framework of the executive director of engineering affairs in the Sheikh Zayed Housing Program, Mohammed Ibrahim Al Mansouri explained.
