With 157 berths and an area of 40,000 square meters, Dubai Properties has launched Marasi Marina within the Business Bay Marinas project on the Dubai Water Canal, featuring 8 interconnected berths that can accommodate boats ranging from 8 to 35 meters in length.

Dubai Real Estate Company (DREC) has appointed Art Marine to be the exclusive operator of Marasi Marina. The company has appointed Art Marine, which specializes in comprehensive services for leisure yachts, to be the exclusive operator of the Marassi Marina project, and the agreement stipulates that Art Marine will be responsible for managing the entire project facilities, including water and land areas, as well as other sub-areas.

Dubai Properties launched Marasi Business Bay in May 2016, a mixed-use development comprising a yachting destination, homes and restaurants, stretching along the Dubai Water Canal, consisting of three main areas: the marina, the promenade and the jetty, which can accommodate a total of 800 boats.
