Major Shareholders: 5 Cases of Decreased Ownership and 3 Cases of Increased Ownership

The lists of top shareholders on the Saudi stock market saw 10 changes among listed companies, with shareholdings showing 4 increases and 6 decreases. Riyad Mohammed Abdullah Al-Hamidan’s stake in «Fatehi Holding» increased to 6.3%, while Mohammed Saleh Hamza Sirafi’s stake in «Tayba Holding» rose to 10.0%, and Fatihi Holding Group’s stake in «Al-Jouf Agricultural» increased to 5.4%.

Conversely, Manafa Holding’s stake in Al-Jibs decreased to 17.60 %, and Safra’s stake in Al-Lujain decreased to 12.70 %. Last week also saw a decrease in Development and Investment Services« stake in »Riyadh Construction« to 7.8%, and a decrease in Yusuf bin Ahmed Kano’s stake in »Kimanol« to 9.2%, Al-Mawared Investment Company’s stake in »Amiantit« stabilized at 5.80%, representing a decrease of 1.2%.

Last week’s trading saw the Traco Trading and Contracting Group Ltd. exit its ownership stake in »Atheeb« after its stake fell below 5%, Conversely, the week saw a new entry on the list of »Aslak« shareholders: Nahaz Commercial Investment Company, whose ownership reached 5%.
