The Riyadh Municipality has launched an online land division service to facilitate procedures and speed up the completion of requests for the division of residential lands in approved plans, where the citizen can deal with this service without committing to official working hours, and the service enables him to give the notary public the authority to view all minutes that have been approved by the municipality or the Municipality.
Through the new service, which will be launched soon by the Riyadh Governor, the citizen will not need to visit the municipality to obtain a hash, as the report will be sent directly to the notary and the citizen will be notified by text message of the report number and the number and date of the issued letter.
To obtain the service, it requires registering on the Municipality's website, specifying the location of the land plot using the Riyadh digital map, explaining the idea of partition in writing or using drawing tools and attaching the required documents. All submitted requests appear to the specialized employee via the Internet, after which the attached documents and the requirements of the partition are verified, a cadastral decision and a partition report are made and a message is sent to the citizen that the request is ready.
The Secretary of Riyadh recently inaugurated a number of official websites for the General Directorate of Cleanliness and the Olaya Municipality as part of a time plan to redevelop all the websites of the Municipality, including many electronic services to invest in enhancing its position as a service entity that achieves proximity to citizens and visitors to meet all their needs.
