The Minister of Housing, Mr. Majid Al-Hogail, stressed that the privatization program contributes to regulating and facilitating a balanced and sustainable housing environment that enables demand and supports supply through the participation of the private sector.

The Council of Economic and Development Affairs, chaired by Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Crown Prince, Deputy Prime Minister and Chairman of the Council, approved the implementation plan of the privatization program. The program will work to implement its goals and objectives by involving the private sector in providing a number of services and establishing assets in specific sectors, which includes, for example, attracting private investments to establish new educational buildings and medical cities, while the government continues its role in the educational and health process.
