Including its recommendation to assign land development to real estate developers, in addition to planning and construction within the partnership project with the private sector within the concept of comprehensive development, and now the ministry adopts the partnership system with the private sector, and has launched many projects to create housing units characterized by quality and affordable price in all regions of the Kingdom, and has started to allocate them effectively through the “Sakani” program, in addition to the decision to establish and operate the National Center for Housing Research and Monitoring, where the Cabinet approved last month to establish the General Administration for Housing Studies and Monitoring as a general department in the Ministry of Housing.”
