The Saudi Electricity Company (SEC) called on its subscribers who have objections or comments on their bills to contact it through multiple communication channels such as the call center, website, and Twitter account for subscriber services.

The company said that the increase in electricity bills during the current month is primarily due to the correction of electricity tariff prices this year according to the consumption segments in the residential sector, in addition to the change in consumption patterns in the summer season through the significant increase in the use of air conditioning devices, as 70% of the value of the bill consumption is mostly due to the use of air conditioning devices.

The company said that the increase in electricity bills during the current month is primarily due to the correction of electricity tariff prices this year according to the consumption segments in the residential sector.
