The Ministry of Housing announces the tenth installment of the residential program and pumps 34533 housing and financing options

The Ministry of Housing and the Real Estate Development Fund continued to pump its housing products according to the “Residential” program for 2018, where it announced the details of the tenth installment and pumped 34533 housing and financing options, and the ministry indicated during the press conference held yesterday in the presence of His Excellency the Minister of Housing, Mr. Majid bin Abdullah Al-Hogail, that since 2017 the program has pumped more than 533 thousand housing and financing options.

The details of the housing options and their geographical distribution came as follows; 8300 mortgage loans, 11705 housing units under construction in partnership with real estate developers, 11928 free residential land plots, in addition to 2600 to buy a ready-made housing unit from the market.

According to the data of the tenth installment, the program has pumped more than 533 thousand housing and financing options since 2017.

According to the data of the tenth installment, 11705 housing units under construction were allocated in the Makkah region, and the distribution of free lands provided by the ministry came 707 lands in the Riyadh region, 3155 in the Makkah region, 1004 in Medina, 335 lands in Qassim region, 3049 in the Eastern region, 213 lands in Tabuk region, 2852 in Jizan region, 387 in Al-Baha region, and 226 lands in Al-Jouf region.

According to the data of the tenth installment, 11705 housing units under construction were allocated in the Makkah region, in addition to 1,928 free lands. The conference revealed the number of beneficiaries of the Real Estate Development Fund in the tenth installment, which included all regions of the Kingdom, where 2189 loans were allocated in Riyadh, Mecca 1346, Eastern Province 1015, Qassim 724, Medina 706, Asir 609, Najran 311, Hail 308, Tabuk 299, Northern Borders 234, Al-Jawf 228, in addition to 169 in Jazan region and 162 in Al-Baha region.

The conference revealed the number of beneficiaries of the Real Estate Development Fund in the tenth installment, which included all regions of the Kingdom.
