بلغ عدد الأسر المستفيدة من برامج وزارة الإسكان خلال الثلث الأول من 2019 حوالي بلغ 54,965 أسرة، منها 27,883 أسرة حصلت على منازل، أما الأسر المستفيدة في أبريل فبلغت 14,728 أسرة منها 7088 أسرة حصلت على منازل، وأوضحت الوزارة في تقريرها عن منجزاتها في شهر أبريل أنه تم إضافة خلال الشهر الماضي لـ 18 مخططاً سكنياً جديداً توفر في 7 مناطق 4214 قطعة أرض، ضمن خطتها لتسهيل تملك 200 ألف أسرة للمساكن بنهاية 2019م. ( عقارات سكنية ) واحتوى التقرير حالة البناء في المشاريع الجاري تنفيذها، وأعداد المستفيدين في الثلث الأول من العام الجاري، وأشارت الوزارة إلى وجود 53 مشروعاً سكنياً يوفر أكثر من 100 ألف وحدة موزعة على مناطق المملكة بتنفيذ القطاع الخاص، وأكثر من 40 مشروعاً سكنياً جاهزاً تنفذه الوزارة، ويبلغ متوسط أسعار وحداته 350 ألف ريال.
