Revealed وزارة الإسكان أن إجمالي عدد شهادات الإعفاء من سداد ضريبة القيمة المضافة للمسكن الأول التي صدرت منذ إطلاق البرنامج وحتى نهاية شهر أبريل 2019 بلغ 42.63 ألف شهادة إعفاء ضريبي.

وأشارت الوزارة إلى أن عدد الشهادات الصادرة لمستفيدي الوزارة بلغ 26.65 ألف شهادة، فيما تم إصدار 7466 شهادة لمستفيدي صندوق التنمية العقاري، و8514 شهادة للمستفيدين من خارج قوائم الوزارة والصندوق العقاري.

وكانت وزارة الإسكان قد أطلقت في 10 يوليو الماضي البوابة الإلكترونية لتسجيل الطلبات وإصدار شهادة الاستحقاق لمبادرة تحمل ضريبة القيمة المضافة للمسكن الأول لمستفيدي الوزارة والصندوق العقاري أو غيرهم.
