بلغ عدد العقود التمويلية السكنية في السعودية وصل إلى 45860 عقداً خلال عام 2019م، بقيمة إجمالية عند 31.528 مليار ريال، فيما بلغ عدد عقود التمويل العقاري السكني الجديدة الممنوحة من البنوك وشركات التمويل في المملكة قرابة 14398 عقداً في أبريل المنصرم، بقيمة 6.419 مليار ريال، مسجلة بذلك ارتفاعاً بـ19% في عدد العقود، وأكثر من 15% في حجم التمويل مقارنة بشهر مارس.
وكشفت النشرة الإحصائية الشهرية الصادرة عن
مؤسسة النقد السعودي “ساما”، عن استمرار نمو حجم القروض العقارية السكنية المقدمة من جميع المؤسسات التمويلية من بنوك تجارية وشركات تمويلية للأفراد لشهر أبريل 2019م، بالوتيرة نفسها التصاعدية منذ النصف الثاني من 2018م، بنحو 236% في عدد العقود، ونحو 135% في حجم التمويل مقارنة بشهر أبريل 2018م، الذي سجل توقيع 4286 عقداً تمويلياً بقيمة 2.7 مليار ريال.
ويأتي ذلك في وقت أعلن برنامج “سكني” التابع لوزارة الإسكان السعودية، منتصف الشهر الجاري، عن استفادة 14728 أسرة من المسجلين في قوائم الوزارة وصندوق التنمية العقارية، خلال أبريل الماضي، بينهم 7088 أسرة سكنت منازلها، مقدراً إجمالي أعداد الأسر التي استفادت من خيارات البرنامج المتنوعة منذ بداية العام الجاري بنحو 54965 أسرة في مختلف مناطق المملكة.
