بلغت عدد العقود التي تم توثيقها منذ إطلاق شبكة “إيجار” وحتى الآن بلغ نحو 300 ألف عقد إيجار سكني، فيما بلغ معدل تسجيل العقود بشكل يومي بلغ أكثر من ألف عقد، أكد ذلك المشرف العام على التنظيم العقاري في وزارة الإسكان المهندس مازن الداوود مبينا أن معظم العقود الجديدة توثق من خلال الشبكة، أو عبر 13 ألف مكتب على مستوى السعودية. وأوضح الداوود أن العقود التجارية حاليا في مرحلة الإطلاق الأولي غير الإلزامي، مبينا أن الشبكة أتاحت الفرصة للمستفيدين لأخذ مرئياتهم على العقد الموحد وإضافة التحسينات اللازمة قبل بدء مرحلة الإلزام، كما سيتم بشكل دوري إعلان عدد العقود الموثقة في الشبكة. ويوفر البرنامج خدمات عدة منها السداد الإلكتروني للقيمة الإيجارية والإشعارات الدورية عن العمليات المالية والتنبيهات الهامة، كما سيوفر برنامج إيجار قاعدة بيانات خاصة لكل وسيط عقاري يمكنه من خلالها حفظ واسترجاع جميع العقود التي تمت من خلاله إلكترونياً دون تكبد أي عناء لحفظ وتخزين المستندات الورقية. يشار إلى أن وزارة الإسكان أعلنت في فبراير 2017م عن فتح باب التسجيل لمنشآت الوساطة العقارية وتحديد المتطلبات الواجب توافرها لتتمكن المنشأة من إتمام التسجيل بالشبكة الإلكترونية لخدمات الإيجار.
