The Riyadh Chamber has completed its preparations to organize the ninth edition of the Riyadh Economic Forum under the patronage of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz - may God protect him - during the period January 21-23. The forum derives its great importance through the study of five axes dealing with future jobs, financial reforms, environmental issues, reverse migration, and the non-profit sector. These axes represent new alternatives to invest in the human energy targeted by Vision 2030, especially since these studies affect the local and global economy.

These axes represent new alternatives to invest in the human energy targeted by Vision 2030, especially since these studies affect the local and global economy. <The objectives of the forum are to study and encourage issues affecting the national economy, identify the role of the private sector in restructuring and diversifying the national economy through the exploitation of national resources, and identify and analyze the obstacles to economic growth and work to overcome them. The objectives of the forum also include proposing practical solutions to assist in economic decision-making, and establishing the principle of dialogue and participation between the sectors of the economic community.

<On this occasion, Khalid Al-Ruwais, General Supervisor of the Forum, explained that over 19 years, the Forum has produced 45 studies and more than 200 recommendations. Al-Ruwais added that the forum is considered a window for the private sector to study the relevant economic regulations that affect the private sector, noting that it aims to contribute with the public sector in reviewing and evaluating many of the regulations that affect the public sector in particular. He pointed out that the forum follows the academic scientific method and its recommendations are based on field and office studies, preliminary data and annual data, and receive the trust and attention of decision makers."

He emphasized that the forum is a window for the private sector to study the relevant economic regulations that affect the private sector. He stressed that the forum still seeks to be an independent intellectual center that discusses all issues not only at the local level but also at the regional and international level, and contributed to this by the quality of the topics it discusses.
