The Ministry of Justice issued a circular, of which Amlak Newspaper received a copy, to all its affiliates to stop requesting any manual documents and replace them with automated inquiries through the electronic link, based on the Ministry of Commerce and Investment's telegram in which it confirmed that it has provided a number of channels to inquire about commercial registration data according to the controls of applying e-government transactions.

The Ministry of Justice explained in its circular its direct electronic link through the secure government integration channel that enables electronic verification by scanning the commercial code and accessing the data of the commercial register and the government agencies associated with the register and verifying its validity, such as Saudization and localization data, municipal license, Zakat certificate, Chamber of Commerce membership and related license data.
