The Riyadh Economic Forum called at the conclusion of its fourth session to involve the private sector in building and formulating the jobs of the future, and to crystallize the demand in a special initiative. In its recommendations presented by the Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Riyadh Economic Forum, Hamad Al-Shuwaier, in the closing statement, the Forum called for the adoption of an initiative to include the human resources development track in all programs of the Saudi Vision 2030 to meet the requirements and needs of future jobs, and the recommendations included the following studies:
