Contractor data and evaluation will be displayed through an electronic platform that enables government agencies, project owners, individuals and those interested in the contracting sector to access contractors and see their evaluation in previous projects, which will enhance decision-making and selection of contractors based on their performance. The Authority started the first phase of the contractor evaluation initiative by collecting contractor evaluation data through model contracts so that the project owner can evaluate the contractor's performance after the end of the contract.

The six criteria for evaluating contractors

There are six criteria: Quality, Schedule, Environment, Health and Safety, Value, Communication, Responsiveness, and Adherence to agreed-upon materials.
