“Justice” expands electronic real estate clearance and adds 7 new banks (Infographic)

<The Ministry of Justice announced today (Monday) the expansion of the electronic real estate emptying service by making the service available through 7 additional banks. <The list includes banks and banks: Al-Balad, Riyadh, Saudi British Bank, Al-Jazira, Saudi Arabian National Investment Bank, and Saudi Fransi, in addition to Alinmaa, Al Rajhi, and the National Bank of Saudi Arabia, in cooperation with the Saudi Central Bank.

The expansion of the service aims to serve a larger segment of beneficiaries by allowing them to deposit the amounts of real estate transactions in their bank accounts in an integrated electronic process starting from the acceptance of the parties to the transaction, the transfer of the amount to the seller and the transfer of ownership of the property to the buyer in an integrated electronic manner, through the Najaz, without human intervention and without any need to visit the bank or notary office to complete the transaction.

Real estate transactions can be completed in an integrated electronic process. <The Ministry stipulated that in order to transfer the ownership of the property electronically, both parties must be Saudi nationals and have an active Absher account. <The Ministry of Justice praised the role of the Central Bank of Saudi Arabia in facilitating the electronic real estate emptying process through coordination with banks, which positively reflected on improving the experience of beneficiaries.
