Abdullah Moghram, spokesperson for ROSHN, the national real estate developer for residential areas and one of the companies wholly owned by the Public Investment Fund, confirmed that the launch date for the off-plan sale of the first phase of the new Sidra neighborhood in Riyadh will be next Thursday, October 7.
Maghram said that the off-plan sale process will take place by booking an appointment to visit the sales center; taking into account government regulations and precautionary measures, explaining that the "Sidra" neighborhood project is divided into 8 phases, and this is the first phase, and sales prices will be commensurate with the various segments of interested people, who can benefit from the models of Roshan projects that rely on integrated residential communities.
He pointed out that the Sidra project targets more than 30,000 housing units, the first phase will be 4,500 housing units, and he also referred to ROSHN's targets to pump one million housing units by 2030, representing 25% of the total demand for housing in the Kingdom, by focusing on 4 regions in Riyadh, Jeddah, Al Sharqa and Asir.
