The “Sakani” report included details of construction updates in the under-construction projects that began implementation in partnership with private sector real estate developers in all regions and cities of the Kingdom, which reached 82 projects within 106 projects that provide more than 146 thousand housing units ranging from apartments, villas and townhouses at an average price of 700 thousand riyals within an integrated residential environment and quality in construction, with the aim of enhancing the quality of life of Saudi families and increasing the percentage of residential ownership to 70% by 2030 according to the targets of the housing program - one of the Kingdom's Vision 2030 programs - according to the objectives of the housing program.
