The Chairman of the National Real Estate Committee in the Council of Chambers of Commerce Hamad Al-Shuwaier called on the Minister of Housing Dr. Essam bin Saad to enact new legislation and regulations that help to eliminate housing obstacles more, in addition to finding adequate solutions that contribute to the expansion of this activity considered the second largest investment volume after oil in the Kingdom.

The 'Real Estate Committee" had called on the Minister of Housing to find alternative solutions and quickly complete the construction of housing units that the ministry promised citizens a year ago, as well as disbursing the delayed mortgage loans to reduce the gap in the housing issue.

These demands were renewed due to the noticeable shortage of land in a number of regions of the Kingdom, in addition to the issue of developing stalled real estate contributions.
